Halloween

The kids were excited about Halloween. Little Damion was so worried that halloween did not come in Pennsylvania. They all had fun picking out there costumes. Tyra really wanted to be a dead bride or brides maid, but she didn't like any of the costumes we found. Damion was going to be Woody but he thought the woody costume was ugly. Kayla was undecided but did not want to be anything girly.
I decided I wanted to make Cream of Broccoli Soup and bread bowls for our Halloween dinner. (instead of Chilli which is what we usually do.) My bread bowls did not really turn out to be bread bowls but instead large rolls. I guess it will take a little more practice. The soup turned out really good for my first time making it. Thanks mom for the recipes. We were hoping for warm weather, but instead it was cold and rainy. We didn't even make it up the first road before little Damion started saying he was cold and ready to go home, but we kept going. They got lots of candy and we were only out for about an hour. I was OK with that. Kayla could of kept going for another hour but Tyra and Damion were to cold. Hope every body had a good Halloween.

House

The Grandma's requested some pictures of our House. Some of the interior. Two from our back deck. Two of the neighborhood. We really like the area we live in. Its quiet and we have great neighbors. The girls love there schools. The school district is one of the best in the area.

Denver Museum of Nature and Science

Over Easter weekend we decided to go to Cheyenne to visit Damion. The kids had spring break that weekend so it worked out perfect. One day we were there we drove into Denver and took the kids to the Nature and Science Museum. It took all day to walk through it, but the kids had lots of fun. They each had there favorite part or section of the museum. I was a lot of fun to get out and see something new. Little Damion's favorite was the Astronaut hanging from the ceiling. Tyra's, was all the animals and Kayla's was the planetarium. We saw a show in the Planetarium called A Journey to the Stars. It made me a little sick to watch the ceiling spin but it was really cool and interesting.
